This solution is designed to recover more usable plastic material, allow broader operating modes, and further reduce waste. RAS+REF combines the simplicity of the scraping system with the option of working in backflush mode, opening new possibilities for those who use mesh screens as well as punched and laser filters. A smart solution to maximize yield even in complex processes, delivering high performance and a significant reduction of waste.
RAS+REF is equipped with two separate filtration modes: one to discharge larger contamination, one to filter finer impurities. By changing a few components, the machine can switch in less than 30 minutes from scraping to backflush mode, depending on the material to be processed.
